1. Check the current firmware version and region

- Remove the vacuum cleaner from your Mi Home account: Open the device in the app → Settings → Delete the device. Confirm removal (the vacuum cleaner will sound).
- Change your Mi Home account region: In your user profile (I → Settings → Region), select Russia or Germany.
