Have you ever tried to remember how long an important conversation lasted, but couldn't find that information on your phone? 1. Standard call log: where to look for call times
The most obvious way is to look at the Phone app (the phone icon). On most Xiaomi smartphones with a MIUI shell, the call log shows the duration only for completed conversations. Here's how it works:

Xiaomi with a Qualcomm chip (such as the Redmi Note 10 Pro or POCO X3 Pro) has a higher chance of recovery than MediaTek devices, due to the peculiarities of working with memory.
5.Why Xiaomi doesn’t show call times (and how to fix it)
If the call log is empty or there is a dash instead of time, the problem may lie in the system settings, the failure of the Phone application or the limitations of the firmware.

If nothing works, wait for a patch from Xiaomi (usually released within 1-2 months after mass complaints).
