Changing your smartphone or accidentally crashing your system often causes panic when hundreds of important phone numbers are compromised. Backup is a critical procedure that should be done regularly, especially before updating your firmware or resetting your settings. Export of contacts through the standard “Contacts” application
The easiest and most affordable method, which doesn't require an internet connection or any additional software, is the standard phone functionality. You need to open the Contacts app, which is the default Android app. Once you open, go to the control menu, usually the three dots in the top right corner or the Settings button.
In the menu that opens, find Import/Export Contacts. The system will suggest selecting a data source (usually a Phone or a Google account) and a destination.
