How to view blocked calls on Xiaomi: all ways for MIUI

You missed an important call, but it's not in the call log? It may have been blocked by the system or you've been previously. Xiaomi's MIUI-based smartphones automatically hide calls from blocked contacts, but you can find them if you know where to look. In this article, we'll look at all the ways to view blocked calls on Redmi, POCO and Xiaomi devices, including models with MIUI 12-14 and Android 10-14.

The problem is that the standard call log (Phone → Log) doesn’t display missed calls from locked numbers, but you have to search for them in separate parts of the system — or use workarounds. 1. Check the blacklist in the phone settings

The most obvious way is to look at which numbers are locked in the system. MIUI has two types of locks: manual (you added the number manually) and automatic (the system recognized the number as spam), both of which appear in the same list.

To open the blacklist:

1. Go to Settings → Applications → Calls → Lock numbers.
2. Tap on the Blacklist (or Locked Numbers in older versions of MIUI).
3. Scroll down the list and you will see all the blocked contacts, including those that the system added.

If the number is not available, it means that the lock occurred at the carrier level (we will discuss this in section 4), and check the Lock Log tab - there may be records of the last blocked calls, even if the number is not added to the blacklist constantly.

2. View the history of blocked calls through the log

MIUI has a hidden feature that allows you to see all missed calls, including those that have been blocked, but access to it depends on the firmware version. On new devices (MIUI 14+), the path has changed, so here are the current instructions.

For MIUI 14 and newer:

1. Open the phone application (pipe icon).
2. Go to the Journal tab (bottom of the screen).
3. Put three points on it (⋮) in the upper right corner and select Settings.
4. Scroll down to the Additional section and click Show Blocked Calls.

For MIUI 12-13:

• ✅ Open the phone. → Journal → Filter (funnel icon).
• ✅ Select Blocked in the list of call types.
• ✅ This will show all missed calls from blocked numbers in the last 30 days.

If you don't have a "Show blocked calls" option, your version of MIUI doesn't support this feature, so move on to the next one.

3.Using Xiaomi's built-in spam filter

MIUI has a built-in spam protection system called Security (or Security in Russian firmware), which automatically blocks suspicious numbers, but does not always notify the user, to see the list of blocked calls:

1. Open the Security app (shield icon).
2. Go to Call Blocking or Spam Protection.
3. Slip on the Lock Log – there will be all automatically blocked calls for the last month.

5. Use of third-party tracking applications

To set up tracking of blocked calls in Truecaller:

1. Install the application and complete the registration.
2. Go to Settings → Block → Lock Log.
