Algorithm of action:

1. Warm up the screen at the edges (do not direct air into the center!).
2. Stick the suction cups to the bottom of the display (near the Home button, if any).
3. Carefully pull up - if the glue softens, a gap will appear.
4. Insert a plastic mediator into the slot and slowly lead it along the case, separating the screen.

If the screen doesn't lend itself, don't pull harder, you better warm up the problem area again. AMOLED glass is fragile, and if you put too much pressure, you can crack.
