Yandex actively collects data about your search queries, visited sites and even location — even if you don’t notice it. On Xiaomi, Redmi or POCO smartphones, this information can be stored in several places at once: in Yandex.Browser itself, in the Yandex application (with search and services), and in the Yandex account, if you are authorized, and standard deletion through “recent” often does not clear everything – cache, cookies and synchronized data remain.
Many users experience history “returning” after cleaning or continuing to show up in recommendations, because of MIUI and Yandex services integration into firmware. 1. How to delete the history directly in Yandex.Browser
The most obvious way is to clean up the Yandex.Browser app itself, which works on all Xiaomi smartphones, but it has the nuance that if you log in to a Yandex account, the story can be saved on the company's servers. Here's how to delete local data:
Open Yandex.Browser and tap the tri-point icon (⋮) In the lower right corner, select History, which shows all the sites visited in the last few days. To delete individual posts, click on the cross (✕) next to each, for complete cleaning:

- ⏳ Select the period: Last hour, Today, Yesterday or For all times.

Go to Settings → Applications → Application Management. In the list, find Yandex.Browser or Yandex (depending on what you have installed).
