Have you forgotten where the important meeting or birthday reminder went on your Xiaomi smartphone? Or can you find the to-do list that was created in the standard app? The problem is that the manufacturer hides this feature in an unobvious way - especially after MIUI updates. In this article, we will analyze all possible places where reminders can be stored, including hidden system tools and third-party services.

Xiaomi, Redmi and POCO smartphones use different versions of the MIUI shell, and the location of the feature depends on the firmware. Some reminders are hidden in the calendar, some in a separate Notes app, and in new versions they have been moved to Google services altogether. We analyzed all the options and compiled a universal instruction that will suit models from Xiaomi Mi 9 to Redmi Note 13 Pro+.

1. Standard Notes app - the main reminder repository

In 80 percent of cases, all your reminders are stored in the Notes app preinstalled, a universal MIUI tool that combines text, checklists and event notifications to find it:

• 🔍 Enter “Notes” in the search (in English firmware – “Notes»)
• 📌 If there is no icon, check the Tools or Google folder»
