Appearance and ergonomics of the body
All three smartphones combine a modern design with flat faces and a minimalist camera unit. However, the tactile sensations and materials of the cases are significantly different. The basic model and the Pro version are made of matte plastic, which, to give Xiaomi engineers credit, practically does not collect fingerprints and is pleasant to the touch.
The Redmi Note 13 Pro+ stands out from the background by using Gorilla Glass Victus on the front and rear panels, which gives the device a premium heaviness and a sense of monolithism. In addition, it is the older model that received IP68 water and dust protection, which allows it to withstand full immersion, while the younger versions are content with basic IP54, which saves only from splash and rain.
The basic version is the lightest and thinnest, making it ideal for one-handed use, the Pro and Pro+ models are noticeably thicker because of the larger optically stabilized camera modules, and if you often carry your phone in your jeans pocket, the weight and thickness of the older versions can become noticeable.
