Deleting important contacts on a Xiaomi smartphone is a situation that almost every user faces: one careless click, sync failure or resetting settings โ and the phonebook list is empty. Fortunately, the manufacturer has provided several ways to recover lost data, and in extreme cases, third-party tools will help. In this article, we will analyze all the current methods of restoring contacts on Redmi, Poco, Mi and other devices, including cases when there is no backup.
It's important to understand that the success of the recovery depends on whether the sync or backup functions were enabled before deletion. If so, you can return the numbers in 5 minutes. If not, you will have to use alternative solutions that do not always guarantee 100% results. We tested each method on the Xiaomi 13 Pro, Redmi Note 12 and Poco X5 models to provide accurate instructions.
Before you start, check:
- ๐ Is sync enabled with Mi Account or Google?
- ๐ฑ Is there a backup in the settings โ The phone. โ Backup?
- ๐๏ธ Less than 30 days have passed since the removal (for some methods it is critical)?

โ ๏ธ Attention: Local backups are overwritten when you create new ones. If you make a copy after deleting contacts, the old data will be lost.
