Sometimes Xiaomi Explorer doesn’t display hidden files, even if you turn on the option, in which case, connect your phone to your PC or Mac via USB and follow these steps:

1. Select file transfer mode (MTP or File Manager).
2. Open Windows Explorer or Finder (on Mac).

Why Call Records May Not Be Available

If you are sure you have included the recording but the file is not found, the reasons may be as follows:
