Why Call Records Can Disappear From Your Phone

How to check if your Redmi 9C NFC call record is enabled
Before searching for files, make sure that the recording feature is activated at all. On the Redmi 9C NFC, it can be disabled by default due to regional restrictions.
- Open the phone application (pipe icon).

Important: Some applications (e.g. Boldbeast) require manual audio source in the settings. If you choose the wrong source, the recording will be saved, but without sound from the interlocutor. To fix this, go to the application settings and select Source 1 (MIC + VoIP) or Source 6 for MIUI.
