Why Xiaomi is showing ads and can it be removed?

Method 1: Disabling personalized advertising in MIUI settings

The easiest and safest method is to deactivate personalized ads in system settings, which will not eliminate ads completely, but will significantly reduce the amount of advertising. POCO on MIUI or hyperos:

Open the Settings. → The phone.
Tap 7-10 times on the MIUI version (or HyperOS version) until the message “You are a developer!” appears.

Method 7: Extreme measures - reset or custom firmware
