- Go back to the main Settings and select the Lock screen.
- Scroll down to the Additional section and find Lock when calling.

Method 2: Use of an engineering menu (for power users)
If standard settings don't work, you can manually calibrate the proximity sensor or turn off its response to calls, which requires access to the Engineering Mode. Attention: wrong actions here can disrupt the phone!

- Open the phone app and enter the combination: ##6484###
- Select Proximity Sensor (approximation sensor).
- In the window that opens, check the current values: Proximity Sensor Value should be 0 when you remotely phone and 1 when you put your hand up. Proximity Sensor Offset is optimal: 3-5.
