1. Open any application where the keyboard appears (such as Messages or Notes).
2. Tap the input field so that the keyboard appears on the screen.
3. Swipe down from the top edge of the screen to open the notification bar.
4. Find the notification list for Keyboard is active (or Keyboard is running) and tap it.

This will instantly open the settings of the current keyboard. If there is no notification, check if the system alerts for the keyboard are disabled in the Settings section → Applications → Application Management → [Keyboard name] → Notifications.
