Basic diagnostics and charge check

The first thing to do is to rule out the most obvious, but often overlooked, factor of not charging. Many users forget that the headphone case also has its own battery, which degrades over time. If the indicators on the case do not light up when the lid is opened or flash red, then the pairing mode simply will not start.

It's important to check the contacts. There are metal pins on the bottom of the headphones and inside the case that charge you through. Dust, pile from your pockets, or oxidation can supply current.
