Voice on Xiaomi smartphones can be useful for people with disabilities, but often becomes a source of annoyance for ordinary users. To disable:

- Select TalkBack (or Screencaster on new versions)
- Move the slider to the off position.
- Confirm the action by pressing OK in the window that appears
