Most of the modern models are controlled through mobile applications. Consider the process with the example of Xiaomi Mi Robot Vacuum-Mop 2 Pro:

1. Open the Mi Home app and select your robot.
2. Go to Cleaning (or Clean in English).
3. Click on the icon “Wet cleaning” (usually a drop of water is depicted).
4. Select intensity (if available) and press Start.

In the Dreamehome app (for Dreame robots), the path is a bit different:

1. Go to Quick Actions → Mop.
2. Set the water level (Low/Medium/High).
