If that didn't help, you may have an old language pack in your memory. In some models, it helps to repeatedly turn the robot on and off (3-5 times in a row) after resetting, which causes the system to reread the configuration files.
Another reason may be the use of modified versions of the application (for example, Mi Home from Vevs or other enthusiasts), such versions often have advanced functionality, but may not work properly with official Xiaomi servers when changing regions.
