- 📶 2.4GHz Wi-Fi Router – Xiaomi Mi Robot Vacuum Mop Essential does not work with 5GHz networks. If you have a dual-band router, make sure the 2.4GHz network is on and has a separate name (SSID).
- 🔋 Charging the robot battery ≥30% – with a low charge, the device can interrupt the connection process.
