Synchronizing Honor with Xiaomi TVs opens up new possibilities for viewing content, games and presentations on the big screen. 1. Connection via Miracast (wireless display)
Miracast is a universal protocol for broadcasting a screen without the Internet, supported by most modern Xiaomi TVs (starting with the 2018 Mi TV 4A) and Honor smartphones on Android 5.0+. This method does not require a router and works even in offline mode, but can slow down when streaming video in 4K.
To activate Miracast on Xiaomi TV:

- 🔍 TV will start searching for available devices.
On the Honor smartphone:

- Make sure your phone and TV are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
- Open a supported app (e.g. YouTube).
- Slip on the Cast icon (📡) Choose your Xiaomi TV and choose your Xiaomi TV.
- Start the video and it will start playing on TV.
Important: Full screen broadcasting via Google Cast to Honor is only possible if the phone has Google Mobile Services (GMS). On models with HMS (e.g. Honor 50, Magic 4), this method will not work - use Miracast or HDMI.

How to set up:

- 🔄 Sign up or sign in to your Xiaomi account.
- 📺 Add the TV to the app via "Add the device" → "Television".
- 🎮 Now you can use your phone as a remote or stream photos/video to TV.
Limitations:
- ❌ No live screen broadcasting.
- ❌ Video files in HEVC (H.265) may not reproduce.
- ❌ The app may not see the TV if it is tied to another region (e.g. Chinese firmware).

6. Solving synchronization problems
If none of the methods worked, check the following points:
