Why Xiaomi’s blacklist can be hidden

Method 2: Through Settings → Applications (for MIUI 12 and older)

The alternative is through system settings, which works even if the Phone app has been removed or disabled.

1. Open the "Settings" section.
2. Go to the "Apps" section (Apps) → "Application management".
