For Google Assistant:
- Open Settings โ Applications โ Application Management.

First, turn on the USB debugging:
- Go to Settings. โ The phone.
- Click 7 times on the MIUI version to activate the developer mode.

- ๐ Restriction of Rights: Go to Settings โ Annexes โ Google/XiaoAI โ Permits and disable microphone, contacts and location access.
- ๐ก๏ธ Firewall Blocking: Applications like NetGuard or AFWall+ (requires root) can block network access for the assistant.
- ๐ Launcher Replacement: Some alternative launchers (like Nova Launcher) allow you to hide Google Assistant widgets.
- ๐ต Turning off the microphone: In Settings โ Confidentiality โ Application permissions can globally ban microphone access for all applications.
Another trick for Xiaomi TVs is that if the assistant is activated from the remote, you can reassign the button through the Button Mapper app (ADB required), for example, assign a YouTube launch or volume control to it.
