Why can’t you just delete your Google account through your settings?

If the phone requires you to enter your previous Google account data after resetting, and you don’t remember them, you will need to bypass FRP. Xiaomi does not provide official tools for this, but there are working methods for MIUI 12-14 firmware.
Important: Bypassing FRP may violate Google’s terms of use, and we describe methods solely to restore access to your own device.

If the phone is on but you can’t delete your account through your settings (for example, because you couldn’t delete your account), you can use ADB (Android Debug Bridge) which requires USB debugging enabled:
