Xiaomi routers are among the most popular devices for organizing a home network due to the combination of price, performance and functionality. However, many users face difficulties when first logging into the control panel: the page 192.168.31.1 is not opened, the password from the admin is forgotten, the Mi Home application does not see the device. This article will help to understand all the nuances of accessing the settings of the Xiaomi Mi Router AX3600, AX6000, 4A Gigabit, 4C and other models.
We will look at three main ways of logging in: through the web interface (the most versatile method), using the Mi Home mobile application (easy for quick changes), and alternative options for cases where standard paths do not work. Important: instructions are relevant for the 2023-2026 MiWiFi ROM firmware. If your router runs on the older version of the software (until 2022), some menu items may differ, as we will also mention in the relevant sections.
