You started cleaning, but the Xiaomi robot vacuum cleaner suddenly stopped with the message βnot enough waterβ**? This error occurs in models with wet cleaning function β Mi Robot Vacuum-Mop 2 Pro, Xiaomi Dreame Bot W10, Viomi V3 and others. The reasons can be both trivial (forgot to add water) and technical (sensor or pump malfunction).
It's important to understand that the error is not always due to a real lack of water. Sometimes the system is mistakenly triggered due to contamination of contacts, a firmware failure or mechanical blocking of fluid supply. 1. Checking the obvious: water, tank and cover

- Remove the water tank and drain the remaining liquid.
- Wash the tank with warm water with a mild detergent (such as Baby Line) to avoid abrasives.
- Look at the bottom of the tank, where the contacts of the sensor are located, wipe them with a cotton swab dipped in alcohol.
- If the sensor is float-type (a small plastic part is visible), blow gently into the hole to remove possible blockages.
For models with an infrared sensor (such as the Dreame Bot Z10 Pro), additionally check the transparency of the plastic "window" on the tank. If it gets cloudy, wipe it with a microfiber. The use of aggressive chemicals (vinegar, citric acid) to clean the sensors is prohibited - this can damage the sensor!
What does the water level sensor look like?
Problems with pump and water supply system
If there's water in the tank, the sensor is clean, but the error remains, the problem may be in the pump that pumps water to the napkin.

To check the pump:

- Check the integrity of the tubes and the lack of blockages. Blow them out if necessary.
- Connect the robot to power and manually run the pump test (in the engineering menu or through the Mi Home app, if available).

4. Reset settings and firmware update
