Without Xiaomi Cloud, you won’t be able to migrate settings from your old phone to your new phone through the Mi Mover feature, and you’ll lose access to app backups, for example, if you delete WhatsApp and re-install it, chats will only recover if you have a backup in the cloud.
Important: the service provides 5 GB of free storage (previously it was 10 GB, but since 2023 the limit has decreased).To expand the volume, you will have to issue a paid subscription - prices depend on the region (in Russia and the CIS, tariffs differ from European ones).
Official ways to download Xiaomi Cloud on Android
If you have a Xiaomi, Redmi or POCO Android phone, the Xiaomi Cloud app is usually pre-installed, but in some cases you have to install it manually, like after removal or on custom firmware. Let's look at all the proven methods.
Method 1: Installation via Google Play
The easiest and safest way to download the app from Google Play is:

- In the search bar, type in Xiaomi Cloud (or click on a direct link).
