Xiaomi, Redmi and Poco smartphone owners often face confusion when trying to find a list of items that are being delayed, because they have multiple system stores pre-installed, each with their own logic, and understanding where you added items is key to solving the problem.
In MIUI and the new HyperOS, shopping carts are not a single system element, but a function of a specific application. You could add items to the official GetApps directory, to the Mi Store, or through widgets from third-party services like Yandex Market, each of which stores data in isolation.
In this article, we will take a closer look at the cart search algorithms in all popular use cases, learn how to restore access to deferred positions and why they may have disappeared after the system update.
Search for a cart in the system store GetApps
GetApps (formerly known as the Mi App Store) is the main source of software installation on global firmware versions, and this is where users often search for a shopping cart, wanting to pay for premium subscriptions or buy apps.
To find your shopping list, run GetApps on your device. On the top right-hand screen, you'll see your Mi Account profile icon or avatar. Click on it to access your personal account.
In the menu that opens, you need to select Orders or My Purchases, and this displays the history of all transactions, and if you added an item but didn't pay for it, it will be in the Unpaid section.
- π Open the GetApps app on your desktop.
- π€ Click on the profile icon in the upper right corner of the screen.
- π Select the βOrdersβ tab to view the shopping list.
- π³ Go to the Unpaid section to find the active cart.
The store interface may vary slightly depending on the version of the operating system. In some cases, the shopping cart button may be hidden in the side menu, which is called by swiping or clicking on three horizontal bars.
β οΈ Warning: Products in the GetApps shopping cart are not stored forever. The system automatically clears unpaid orders after a certain period of time, usually 24 hours.
Why can the GetApps cart be empty?
Official Mi Store and its widgets
Many devices, especially those designed for the Russian and European markets, have a separate Mi Store app pre-installed, which is a full-fledged marketplace for buying accessories, equipment and brand merchandise.
Launch the Mi Store app. At the bottom of the screen is the navigation bar. You're interested in the far right tab, which is usually called a Profile or an icon of a person. Inside the profile is the Cart button.
Often users lose the shopping cart because they accidentally remove the store widget from the desktop. The Mi Store widget can display "hot" items, but logging in to the full app is still required to manage the shopping list.
If you use a global firmware version, access to the Mi Store may be restricted or redirected to regional partner sites, in which case the system will prompt you to go to the browser for checkout.
Integration of Yandex Market into MIUI shell
For users from Russia and CIS countries, the issue of searching for a cart in the Yandex Market service, which is deeply integrated into the MIUI shell, is relevant. Often access to it is through a system search or a βRecommendationsβ widget.
To view the shopping cart, open the Yandex app or a separate Market app if installed. At the bottom of the screen, find the cart icon. All products added through the widget on the desktop are synced with this section.
It's important to understand the difference between "Favorites" and "Basket." Favorites are stored for long-term storage, and in the Bin they are just before you place your order. Check both sections if you don't find the right item.
Sometimes the widget on the desktop may not work properly due to cache errors, in which case logging in through a full application solves the problem of displaying the shopping list.

Third-party applications: AliExpress and other
Many users see the built-in game folders or Tools folder as a single store, but often on Xiaomi phones, AliExpress or other marketplaces are pre-installed.
In the AliExpress app, the basket is in the lower right corner of the home screen, and the icon is an image of a cart, and the number of items is displayed with a red counter mug.
If youβve added items through your Mi Browser browser, check your download history or saved pages. Often users add items to their favorite browser, thinking theyβve put them in the shopping cart.
- π± Launch the marketplace app (AliExpress, Ozon, Wildberries).
- ποΈ Find the bottom navigation bar.
- π Click on the basket icon (often with a number inside).
- π Check the Favorites section if the cart is empty.
Third-party login often requires a separate login via Google account or social network, and make sure you are logged in to the same profile you were adding products from.
β οΈ Note: When you delete a store app (e.g. AliExpress), the cart data is not lost because it is stored on the server.
Table: Where to look for a basket in different services
For quick orientation in the interfaces of various applications, use the following summary table, which will help determine the exact location of the desired control.
| Service/Application | Positioning of the button | Authorization required | Storage period |
|---|---|---|---|
| GetApps | Profile β Orders | Yeah (Mi Account) | 24 hours. |
| Mi Store | Profile β Basket | Yeah (Mi Account) | 30 days |
| Yandex Market | Bottom panel β Cart | Yes (Yandex ID) | Indefinitely |
| AliExpress | Bottom panel β Basket | Yes (Ali/Email) | Indefinitely |
| Google Play | Profile β Payments β Budget | Yes (Google) | Depends on the merchandise. |
As you can see from the table, the logic of the control layout is the same for most modern interfaces: profile or bottom navigation bar. UX-Design that developers adhere to.
The storage time varies, and if you plan to delay your purchase for a long time, you should use the Favorites or Deferred feature, which is available in almost all of these services.
π‘
Use the Share feature in your product card to send a link to your messenger, which is the most reliable way to avoid losing the item, even if the cart is cleared.
Display problems and solutions
Sometimes users are faced with a situation where the cart is empty, although products were added recently, this can be caused by a synchronization failure or problems with the network connection.
The first thing you need to do is check the Internet connection, and the store applications require stable network access to display the current contents of the shopping cart, switch from Wi-Fi to mobile Internet or vice versa.
The second step is to clear the app cache. Go to Settings β Apps β All apps. Find the right store (like GetApps), select Memory and click Clear Cache. Don't confuse it with Clear All so you don't reset your authorization.
Itβs also worth checking for updates to the storeβs app itself. An outdated version of GetApps or Mi Store may not display new interface elements properly.
β οΈ Note: If you reset the app settings to factory settings, you will need to re-enter your account login and password.
