How to see the history of search Yandex on Xiaomi Redmi 9: all ways

Want to return information you found earlier, but don’t remember the exact request? Or need to check which sites you visited through Yandex on your Xiaomi Redmi 9? Search history in Yandex saves all the queries, links and even the time of visit – but it’s not always obvious where to find it on your smartphone.

To delete individual records or the entire history:

• 🧹 For full cleaning: ☰ → History → Delete history (you can choose the period: last hour, day, whole history).
• 🔄 If you want to return a deleted entry, check the cart (available 30 days) in the same history menu.

If history does not show, upgrade to the latest version of Yandex.Browser on Google Play. Older versions (below 23.7) may not save data correctly.

Method 2: History through the application "Yandex"

If you don’t use your browser, but the official Yandex app (with a search bar and a weather widget), your query history is stored separately, which is convenient when you search through a widget on the home screen or voice through Alice.

Instructions:

1. Open the Yandex app** (an icon with the letter “I” on a white background).
2. Touch your avatar (or human icon) in the upper right corner.
3. Select "Search History"**.

All requests made through this app, including voice (if you used Alice), will be displayed here, and the story syncs with your Yandex account, so it will be available on other devices where you are logged in.

Method 3: Restoring History through Yandex.Passport

If the story disappeared after resetting your phone or reinstalling apps, you can try to restore it through the web version of Yandex.Passport. This method only works if you previously logged in to your Yandex account and enabled synchronization.

How to Protect Your Story from Strangers
