The standard file path in new versions of Android
Starting with Android 11, Google changed its file system access policy to improve security, as did Xiaomi, which now includes most apps, including Telegram, storing their data in a secure system folder, and you'll need an extended file manager or special permission to access it.
The main path where all downloaded files lie is: Internal Memory → Android → media → org.telegram.messenger → Telegram. Inside this directory is the familiar structure with the folders Telegram Audio, Telegram Documents, Telegram Images and Telegram Video. This is where the files are, if they were not saved to the shared gallery.
