Have you saved important links in Xiaomi’s browser but can’t find them now? Or have all bookmarks disappeared after the MIUI update? This problem is familiar to many users of Redmi, POCO and Mi smartphones. The fact is that depending on the firmware version and the browser installed, the path to saved pages may differ. In this article, we will analyze all possible bookmark storage locations — from the standard Browser to Google Chrome and Mi Browser, and also tell you how to restore them if they are missing.
Xiaomi phones are often repositioned by the manufacturer in newer versions of MIUI. For example, in MIUI 12, you could find your browser bookmarks directly in the app menu, and in MIUI 14 you moved them to the account section. In addition, many users install third-party browsers where the logic of bookmarking is very different. 1.Standard Xiaomi browser (Mi Browser/Browser)
Most Xiaomi, Redmi and POCO smartphones come with a Browser browser (sometimes called Mi Browser) preinstalled, which stores bookmarks in the cloud linked to a Xiaomi account, but is also available locally.
- Open the Browser app (Blue Globe icon).
- Slip on the "Blocking" icon»** (⭐) bottom-line.
- If there are no bookmarks, check the Favorites or History tab - sometimes links are saved there by default.
Important: If you are not logged in to your Xiaomi account, bookmarks can only be stored locally and disappear after a phone reset. To avoid this, log in to your profile in your browser settings (Profile → Sign in).

4. How to Recover Missing Bookmarks
