Newer chips (8 Gen 2 and 8 Gen 3) are devoid of this drawback and work more stable.
You also need to consider the age of the model, because when you buy a device that was released a few years ago, you're shortening the timeline for the device, and Android updates for this model are already coming to the end of their life cycle, while new smartphones will receive support for 4-5 years in advance.
