So let's start with the most reliable, but often ignored, and yes, it's about documents, and even if you're sure that nothing has survived, check out these sources.

Once you enter the first command (#4636###), you will be taken to the Testing menu. However, another setting is more suitable for estimating the age of the device, battery temperature and wear level (if available).

For example, if the battery wears 30-40% and the phone is used intensively, it is likely to be 2-3 years old, but this method is very approximate and depends on many factors (quality of the battery, frequency of charging, etc.).
