Why can’t users find Mi Mover on Xiaomi?

Mi Mover is Xiaomi’s standard tool for fast data migration between smartphones, pre-installed on all MIUI devices, but many users are faced with a problem: the app either disappears from the menu or simply does not appear on the list of programs.
