Before you go into action, you need to understand the way your gadget's file system works, so when you delete a file, it doesn't disappear physically immediately, it's only marked as overwritten, and it's critical that you stop using your phone right now, so you don't write new information over the remote frames, making recovery impossible.
Check the built-in basket in the Gallery application

Recovery via Google Photos and Google Drive

If you delete a photo from the phone gallery and the sync didn't work, then it won't be in the Google cloud, so you should check the Archive section where the photos may have been accidentally taken.
