Xiaomi TVs are some of the most popular smart TVs on the market due to their combination of price, quality and functionality, but even with such a technique, there can be situations when the device refuses to turn on: it does not respond to the remote, the indicator flashes or remains dead, the reasons vary from a dead battery in the remote to software failures after the update.
In this article, we will analyze all possible ways to turn on the Xiaomi TV, including standard methods (button, remote), as well as solutions for emergency situations: after updating the firmware, resetting settings or breakage. We will also focus on the hidden functions of the service menu, which will help to “reanimate” TV without contacting the service center. TV 4/4A/4S/5/5X, Redmi Smart TV, Mi TV Q1/Q2 others.
1. Standard on: button and remote
Let's start with the basic methods that work 90% of the time. If the Xiaomi TV doesn't turn on, check:
