However, the situation is rectified, and you can turn a “Chinese” into a understandable gadget without deep knowledge of programming.

The process of russification of the DVR is not about soldering chips, but about software changing the region in the application or installing a modified firmware. Sometimes you need a more complex approach with manual downloading of update files.
