But even proven gadgets have crashes, one of the most common: the right earphone stops working, it may not connect to the phone, not make a sound, flash red/white or not respond at all to presses.

1. Checking the underlying causes: charging, connection, physical damage
Before you disassemble the headphones or reset the settings, eliminate obvious problems. Start by diagnosing the charging case and the earphone itself:
- 🔋 Check the charge of the case and the headphone: put both earphones in the case for 10-15 minutes. If the indicator on the case does not burn or flashes red, the case is discharged. Connect it to charging for 30 minutes, then try again.
- 🔌 Check the contacts: on the headphone and inside the case should be clean metal contacts (usually 3-4 pieces). If they are oxidized or contaminated, gently wipe them with a cotton swab dipped in alcohol.
