1. Check the bracelet for contact information
Before you go into the technical details, check the wristband itself, and 30 percent of the time, owners leave contact details on it or in the box (if it's attached).

6.Police referral and legal nuances
If more than 3-5 days have passed and the owner has not been found, it is worth making the find official. According to Art. 227 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, the found thing must be returned to the owner, and if it is not found - transferred to the police or local government.
