You just bought the Xiaomi Mi Band 7, one of the most popular fitness bracelets of 2022, but you donβt know how to turn it on and set it up correctly? This article will help you avoid the typical beginner mistakes and get the device ready for work as quickly as possible. Unlike previous models, the seventh version received an updated touch screen, advanced health monitoring functions and a modified first synchronization algorithm.
Many users face problems during the unpacking phase: the bracelet does not respond to taps, does not detect the phone or suddenly turns off. We will analyze all the steps of the first turn on, from charging to setting up notifications, and give tips for troubleshooting possible problems.
1. Unpacking and inspection of equipment
Before you first turn on, make sure that the Mi Band 7 box contains all the necessary components.
