Why do you need to install the Mi Watch Lite?
Xiaomi Mi Watch Lite is a budget-friendly but functional fitness tracker with smartwatch capabilities that track steps, pulse, sleep, display smartphone notifications, and even control music. However, without the right setup, many features will remain unavailable, such as the default watch can show the wrong time, not synchronize data with the app, or ignore notifications from messengers.

Step 1: Charging and first activation

If the watch does not respond to the press of a button, check:

Step 2: Install the application and sync with the phone
Mi Watch Lite requires an app to work properly, and Mi Wear used to work, but now it's official software, Mi Fitness (for Android) or Zepp Life (for iOS), download it from official stores:

Step 3: Set time, date and language
By default, the clock takes the time and date from the phone that's connected, but sometimes the sync gets lost.
- On the clock, swipe your finger from top to bottom to open the Quick Settings panel.
- Touch the badge. βοΈ Settings β System system β Date and time.
- Activate Auto Sync (if it is disabled).
- If time is lost, turn off autosynchronization and set the time zone, time format (12/24 hour and date manually.
To change the interface language:
- Go to Settings. β System system β Language.
- Select Russian (if it is not in the list, update the firmware through the application).

Step 4: Set up notifications and calls

Step 6: Additional settings (screens, brightness, alarm clocks)
To make the watch more convenient to use, set up:
Main screen (dial):

Brightness and backlight time:

- π Charge level (at a charge below 5%, the watch turns off all functions except time).

- π Synchronization with the phone (sometimes alarm clocks are confused when communication is lost).
Step 7: Update firmware and reset settings
Regular firmware updates fix bugs and add new features to update the Mi Watch Lite:
- Connect the watch to charging (charge must be at least 50%).
- Open Mi Fitness. β Go to the clock profile β Update of the PO.
- If a new version is available, click Update and wait until it is completed (donβt turn off Bluetooth!).
