To activate the restrictions:

1. Open Settings → Accounts and Security → Parental Controls
2. Create. PIN-code (remember or write it down!).
3. Select the Restrictions item for applications.
4. Find YouTube in the list and set an age limit (e.g. 18+) or select Block.
