How to take a screenshot on the phone Xiaomi Redmi: all ways with pictures

Screenshots on Xiaomi Redmi smartphones are taken in a matter of seconds — if you know the right combinations. But what if the standard button combination doesn’t work? Or you need to capture a long web page? In this article, we will discuss all the current ways to create screenshots on Redmi (including the Note 12 Pro+, Redmi K60, Redmi A2+ and others), and also explain how to edit and save screenshots.

1. Standard method: power and volume buttons

This is the most versatile method that works on all Xiaomi smartphones – from the budget Redmi A1 to the flagship Redmi K70 Pro.

Where to look for a screenshot? By default, all the images are saved to the DCIM → Screenshots or Pictures → Screenshots folder. They can also be found in the gallery - usually they are displayed on a separate album "Screenshots".

2. Find the screenshot option with three fingers and activate it.
3. Choose the action: Swipe down (recommended) or Touch and hold.

How to use:

1. Swipe your finger down to open the notification panel.

How to set up:
