Disabling System Advertising through MSA
The main source of intrusive content in the MIUI shell is the MSA system service, which is responsible for collecting data on user behavior and displaying targeted offers. To block it, you need to find the appropriate item in the authorization and account menu, which is the first and most important step.
Go to your phone's settings and find the password and security section, and you want to find Authorization and accounts, and in the system services list, find msa, and click on the switch to deactivate it, and the system will alert you to the consequences, but they're not critical to the average user.
It's important to note that you can't turn off the service the first time. MIUI often offers to wait 10 seconds, after which the "Disable" button becomes active. Pay special attention to the Explorer app. Sometimes the ad setting is hidden deep in the About menu. Click on it several times until there is a hidden menu where you can turn off recommendations. This is a common practice of Xiaomi developers to hide important switches.

Cleaning the desktop and folders
