The main tool is the built-in Mi Mover application, which works on the principle of direct Wi-Fi connection between devices without consuming the traffic of a mobile operator.
It is important to understand that before any procedure is started, it is necessary to ensure stable power supply to both devices. The process of cloning data is energy intensive, and the battery discharge at a critical moment can lead to file damage or connection interruption. The first step should always be to prepare the original device. Make sure that the old phone does not have system updates that require installation right now, as this can affect the operation of the portability tools. It is also worth checking the free space on the new gadget - it should be more than the amount of data you plan to transfer.
Using the Mi Mover app for local transmission
