Why the interface can be in Chinese
The main reason lies in the origin of the particular instance of the smartphone. Global versions of Redmi come with a Russified shell, but the so-called "CN versions" (China Version) are tightly tied to the Chinese market, they are the default Chinese language system and a set of local applications.
