If the phone is just reading the text you type or voicing a menu, but it works with normal navigation (single touch), it is a speech synthesizer setting (TTS), which is solved easier, through a standard menu of audio settings or special features, without the need to use complex gestures.

It’s important to understand that these features can overlap on Xiaomi devices, such as the Special Features menu often has switches for both services, and a mistake in choosing a disablement method can cause voice to remain, changing only the voice source.
