Complete removal of restrictions is possible only if you have access to the main account of the device administrator. If you just want to temporarily remove the lock to watch a movie or completely delete someone else’s profile, you will need to perform a series of sequential actions in the system settings menu.

Determination of the type of blocking and the source of restrictions
Before you start taking action, you need to identify exactly what is blocking access to content. On Xiaomi TVs with a PatchWall shell or a pure Android TV, restrictions can be implemented in different ways, most often blocked through the Parental Controls app in Google profile or the restriction through Mi Video and Mi Kids services preinstalled by the manufacturer.
If the TV is turned on and goes straight to a limited-icon interface and requires a four-digit code, the child's profile is likely active, in which case the standard settings menu can be hidden. System restrictions are often tied to the age specified when creating an account. If the password request only appears when specific applications are launched, then this is about local security settings for the application itself, not the entire system.

Standard Disconnection through Google Profile Settings
The easiest and safest way to remove restrictions is to use the operating system's regular tools, which you'll need a remote control and access to the main menu. Go to the Settings section, which is usually indicated by the gear at the top right of the screen, and we're looking at Accounts and Logins or Users.
From the user list, select a profile marked as “Child” or with restrictions. The system will offer two options: delete the profile or change the parental control settings. If you choose to delete, all data, apps and browsing history stored in this profile will be irretrievably lost.

Reset via Mi Account and service codes
If standard methods don’t work, it’s possible that the lock is set at the Xiaomi account level, which often happens if the TV was linked to the previous owner’s account, in which case, even after resetting, the device will require the username and password from the old account (anti-theft protection) to be entered when connecting to the Internet.
To solve this problem, you need to log in to Settings → Accounts → Mi Account and log out. If the password field is blocked or you do not know the data, the only legal way to contact Xiaomi with a purchase check confirming ownership is to unlock a device protected by Mi Cloud, it is almost impossible.
There are also service codes that can be entered from the remote in some firmware versions, but their functionality is very limited in new models. Full reset (Hard Reset) via Recovery Mode

Before performing Hard Reset, try taking a picture of the screen with your current network settings (SSID and Wi-Fi password) so that you don’t reset them if they’re not recorded.
Solving the problems with the blocked PIN-code
Frequent situation: you know where to turn off the mode, but the system requires PIN-If the standard combinations (0000, 1234) don't fit and phone bindings don't, then the brute force method is left by clearing the locker application's data. Set up safe use of the TV after unlocking
Once the restrictions have been successfully removed, it is recommended that you set the device up correctly to avoid accidentally activating locks in the future. Create a separate profile for children, but do not set complex passwords on it that are easy to forget. Use simple combinations or biometric methods if the remote supports them (although this is rare on TV).
It’s also helpful to set up automatic time limits or content purchases. On the Google Play Store, you can set a password to purchase apps so that kids can’t accidentally charge money from the linked card. This is done in Settings → Authentication → Require authentication for purchases.
