Modern Xiaomi smartphones are equipped with highly sensitive displays that provide an instant response. However, the active use of the device over time can lead to the emergence of “dead zones” where the sensor ceases to respond to touch, or, conversely, to “phantom” presses in certain areas of the screen. Users often look for a way to software-disable the damaged area so they can continue to use the device without immediately changing the display.
