2. Unpack the archive and find a file with the.apk extension (for example, miui_language_pack_ru.apk).
3. Install. APK-file on the phone, allowing installation from unknown sources.
4. Reset the device.
5. After the reboot, repeat Method 1 – Russian should appear in the list.
